Supreme Glass has gone above and beyond to help us figure out the best window solution for our apartment! David came for multiple consults, didn’t try to oversell us on anything, and was dedicated to coming up with the best answer for our concerns! We’re incredibly happy with them and would highly recommend!

Dishonest/fraudulent business. AVOID. 6.5 weeks ago, three window vendors visited for a large UES job. Supreme Glass charged a $140.84 fee for a written estimate (the other two vendors had no charge). An incorrect and incomplete estimate arrived 5 weeks later only after I repeatedly called them (wrong kind of glass, missing several rooms). I was promised a corrected estimate the next day, but it never arrived -- that's two weeks ago. They will not respond to calls and so far have refused a refund, despite never delivering what we agreed upon. I am disputing the charge with Amex and hopefully they will sort it out. If Supreme Glass is this slow and evasive when giving estimates, how would they behave during an actual installation? I'm starting to wonder if their only business is billing for estimates that they never or incorrectly deliver. Sunny Windows and Capri Architectural Windows both submitted estimates within two weeks and have been extremely responsive. I'm moving forward with one of them.

David, Mark and their team did a wonderful job at our apartment. There was a glitch with the measurement for one of the windows and they re ordered it right away. It’s a breeze with the whole installation process. Professional!

I had the worst experience with this company. It took six weeks just to get someone to come and fix my windows. They came into my apartment without my permission, along with my apartment’s maintenance team, while I wasn’t home. They didn’t even leave a note letting me know they had been there. I don’t understand why they had to visit my place so urgently if they were just going to come back six weeks later. The customer service team had nothing to say except β€œwe’re working on the proposal.” During the first visit, they told me they were going to order new gaskets and forms to fill the gap. However, on the day of the scheduled repair, they canceled my appointment because if they came to my house, they β€œwouldn’t be able to leave by 5.” I had to postpone the visit because of that. When they finally showed up, they came with nothing but a screwdriver and simply tightened the screws. I waited six weeks just to have my screws tightened. This was truly the worst experience, and I do not understand why my building works with them. Don’t waste your time or money on this company.

I had an excellent experience with Supreme Glass. I reached out to them back in December '24 when I began planning the window repairs in my apartment. They came assessed my windows for free and offered me a fair estimate. After a little bit more planning and logistics, we scheduled a date and started the process. The first day of what was supposed to be a two day job began with a heartbreaking realization that that day was a holiday and the building was closed off to contractors. The workers left and I felt defeated. I thought this was the end and I had to start looking for a new company. In reality, they were incredibly professional and they came back the next day to do the job. Not only did they replace 15 plates of glass extremely well, but they did the job in a single day. I was able to install my air conditioners before the 107 degree weather the next day and didn't have to wait until Monday. So I am extremely happy with their services and would definitely hire them again!
